Intuit Sketchbook is used by students, faculty, and administrators of École Intuit Lab. Accounts are created and managed by École Intuit Lab program administrators rather than self-service, so account deletion requests are handled the same way: through your program administrator.
École Intuit Lab may retain minimal records required for academic administration (e.g., final grades already recorded as part of official program records) where required by the program's academic policies, even after account deletion. Any such retained data will no longer be accessible through the Intuit Sketchbook app.
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of confirmation.
